一. Working Principle
The jaw crusher squeezes, splits and bends the crushed materials through the reciprocating motion between the movable jaw and the fixed jaw. Its working method is as follows:
1. The motor drives the belt and pulley;
2. The pulley drives the eccentric shaft to rotate, so that the movable jaw moves periodically around the fixed point;
3. An angle is formed between the movable jaw and the fixed jaw, and the materials entering the crushing chamber are repeatedly crushed;
4. The crushed materials are discharged from the bottom discharge port.

二. Structural composition
1. Frame: integral casting or welding structure, bearing all loads during equipment operation.
2. Moving jaw and fixed jaw: are the main components of crushing, often made of high manganese steel.
3. Eccentric shaft: drives the movable jaw to move through rotation, and is the core of the transmission.
4. Flywheel and pulley: provide inertia and transmit power.
5. Adjustment device: used to adjust the size of the discharge port and control the particle size of the finished product.
6. Lubrication system: ensures smooth operation of all moving parts and extends their service life.

• Large crushing ratio: generally 6~8, some can reach more than 10;
• Uniform particle size and regular particle shape;
• Simple structure and easy maintenance;
• High output and low energy consumption;
• Wide applicability: It can crush various stones with compressive strength not exceeding 320MPa, such as granite, basalt, limestone, iron ore, etc.
