1. Raw material pretreatment: The gold-bearing ore is put into the silo by a loader or excavator, and the large impurities are initially filtered through the grid screen.
2. Scrubbing and screening: The material enters the scrubbing cylinder (equipped with some models), and the clay is removed by high-pressure water washing; then it enters the drum screen and is classified according to the particle size (usually no more than 1 cm is effective for ore dressing).
3. Gravity gold selection: The fine slurry flows into the ore dressing module (such as chute, centrifuge), and the high density of gold is used to achieve enrichment, and the enrichment ratio can exceed 1000 times.
