一. Working Principle
1. The front end of the dredging suction vessel is equipped with a dredging head, which can loosen hard sediments such as mud or clay.
2. The loosened mud is sucked in by a powerful mud pump through the mud suction pipe.
3. The mud is discharged to a designated location such as a filling area or a mud pond through a conveying pipeline (usually a combination of floating pipe + land pipe).
Structural part
Functional description
🚢 Main hull platform
Carries all equipment, usually a steel structure float
🌀 Cutter device
Located at the front end of the suction pipe, used to stir and cut riverbed sediments
💧 Mud suction system
Includes suction pipe and mud pump to complete mud suction and transportation
🛠️ Transportation system
Transports mud to the shore filling area or mud bin through pipelines
⚙️ Power system
Usually a diesel engine, electric motor or hybrid power to drive the auger, mud pump, etc.
🎮 Control system
Controls excavation depth, auger speed, mud discharge pressure, anchoring system, etc.
⚓ Anchoring/positioning system
Includes auger frame legs, steel cable anchors, positioning piles, etc. to ensure the stability of the hull
The chain bucket river dredging vessel is an engineering vessel that uses chain buckets to continuously excavate to clean the silt or sediment at the bottom of rivers, lakes, reservoirs and other waters. This type of dredging vessel has a simple structure, strong excavation capacity and wide adaptability. It is particularly suitable for mining underwater sediments containing sand, gravel and even hard bottoms. It is widely used in water conservancy dredging, port dredging, environmental governance and mineral mining.
MoreThe suction dredger is a lightweight and efficient dredging equipment. It mainly relies on high-pressure water guns to spray water to loosen the bottom of the water, and then sucks it up through a sediment pump and transports it to the shore or a transport ship. It is widely used in dredging in shallow water areas, clearing rivers, clearing silt in aquaculture ponds, and small-scale filling projects.
MoreThe multifunctional amphibious dredger is an engineering equipment that can operate freely on land, in water and in shallow areas. It integrates multiple functions such as excavation, suction, dredging, mud pushing, piling, cutting, and aquatic grass harvesting. It has the outstanding advantages of amphibious walking ability, modular working tools, and adaptability to complex water-land interface environments. It is widely used in lake management, urban black and odorous water body management, wetland restoration, dredging in aquaculture areas, salvaging aquatic plants, and post-disaster rescue.
