(Qingzhou, June 2, 2025) Recently, Qingzhou Huayao Machinery successfully undertook the construction task of the large-scale sand washing and sand making production line of the Lanhe Railway Project of China Railway 20th Bureau, marking that the company's comprehensive strength and service capabilities in the field of supporting equipment for transportation infrastructure have reached a new level.
As a national key railway project, the Lanhe Railway connects Lanzhou, Gansu and Hezuo City, Qinghai. It is an important trunk line project integrating transportation, regional development, and people's livelihood improvement. In order to ensure the supply of a large amount of high-quality aggregates required for engineering construction, China Railway 20th Bureau Group selected our company to undertake the design, manufacture and installation of large-scale sand washing and sand making production line equipment.
This project uses the high-efficiency and energy-saving sand washing and sand making equipment independently developed by Qingzhou Huayao Machinery, which has many advantages such as intelligent control, high output, stable operation, environmental protection and energy saving. The whole system integrates feeding, crushing, screening, water washing and recycling, with a daily production capacity of more than 5,000 tons, which can fully meet the material needs of multiple construction sections along the Lanhe Railway.
At present, the basic construction of the production line has been basically completed, and the main equipment has been installed and debugged one after another. It is expected to be put into trial operation within this month. After the project is officially put into production, it will significantly improve the efficiency of sand and gravel aggregate supply, and provide strong support for the high-quality advancement of the Lanzhou-Hebei Railway Project as scheduled.
